Under the direction of the Senior Manager of Youth Programs (SMYP), the Youth Programs Specialist (YPS) assists in planning and implementing the Community and Urban Science Enrichment (CAUSE) and Explorers programs while collaborating with the Center team to support the organization’s mission and goals.

The CAUSE program is a multi-year summer and after-school program for Camden high school students that introduces advanced STEM topics, including marine biology, ecology, and oceanography, as well as career development, project management, and life skills, while the Explorers program serves as a pipeline for Camden students in grades 7 and 8.
