Complement your scouting experiences with hands-on activities, live animals and science at a meeting, out in the wild or at Adventure Aquarium! We have a wide variety of workshops, classes and outdoor adventures to support Scouts of all kinds to earn badges, complete Journeys and or just give back to their communities.
Planning to visit Adventure Aquarium with your troop?
- We offer 40 minute talks and labs to support a variety of Scout badge requirements.
- Or join us for one of our Oceans Of Innovations Overnight, a camp IN experience like no other! We are happy to arrange scout workshops before or after an overnight.
Need us to come to you? We’d be happy to provide one of our Outreach programs at your meeting or event.
Looking for opportunities to get outside?
- Join us at Pyne Poynt Park, learn the basics of kayaking and explore the back channel of the Delaware River and the mouth of the Cooper River while learning about local plants and wildlife and efforts to protect this fascinating area.
- Join us for a guided exploration of Petty’s Island and learn about the history, plants and animals on this 292-acre island in the Delaware River.
- Join us at Cramer Hill Waterfront Park and other locations in Camden to learn to fish, and enjoy the fascinating aquatic life in the Delaware River watershed.
Looking for service projects? We organize regular park cleanups in Camden and welcome Scout volunteers!
