Program costs vary depending on the content of the program. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date of your program and we charge $1.75 per mile (as the crow flies) for travel. For example, if you are located 10 miles from our facilities at 1 Riverside Drive in Camden, we’ll charge $17.50 for travel fees. Any parking fees will be added to the travel cost. Prices subject to change.

Payment in full is due 3 weeks before the program date. POs are also accepted.

• Programs canceled with more than 3 weeks’ notice will receive a full refund excluding the deposit.
• Programs canceled within 3 weeks’ notice will receive a credit towards 1 future program booked within 1 calendar year from the date of cancelation.
• Programs canceled due to hazardous weather will be rescheduled.
• If the Center is not notified of a cancelation and arrives at your location, no refund will be issued. If the program is then rescheduled, an administration fee of $50 will be added.

Center Educators arrive approximately 30 minutes before the program start time. If they are running late, you will be contacted with their estimated time of arrival. After the program, we typically pack up and depart within 20 minutes.

• 6’ or 8’ long table for presentation.
• Parking for the Outreach vehicle (medium-sized passenger vehicle) within 100 yards of your location.  Parking fees will be added to travel costs.
• Adequate adult supervision for all children attending the program. Please inform us in advance if any children with special needs are attending so that we can best accommodate everyone.
• Access to an electrical outlet.
• Name and phone number of a contact person who will be on-site the day of the program.
