Empower young explorers to become tomorrow’s scientists, conservationists, and environmental advocates! Our summer camp program, set against the captivating backdrop of Adventure Aquarium, offers behind-the-scenes tours, exhibit exploration, and hands-on activities in our classroom spaces.
Each week, campers will:
- Engage in citizen science projects
- Discover science-related careers
- Dive into conservation and environmental science
Campers in Ocean Explorers and Junior Marine Biologists will enjoy activities tailored to their level. Junior Marine Biologists also get the thrill of participating in dissections and field trips! Check out available dates below!
Ocean Explorer Camp
Campers ages 6-11 will develop their love of the ocean through hands-on science activities that foster the imagination and inspire further science learning.
Activities may include: crafts, experiments, animal encounters, behind-the-scenes tours, outdoor activities in Wiggins Park, walks along the Camden waterfront, and visits to the gift shop.

Junior Marine Biologist Camp
Campers ages 12-15 will explore the exciting world of science and experience what it’s like to pursue a career in the field. *Each week will include a field trip.*
Activities may include: experiments and demonstrations, exhibit and behind-the-scenes visits, animal encounters, meeting with experts in the field, outdoor activities, and visits to the gift shop.

Registration & Refund Policy
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is due at time of registration. Reservations made without submitting payment will not be valid and may be forfeit.
- The balance for each week of camp must be paid in full 3 weeks prior to the program.
- We reserve the right to cancel reservations not paid in full within 3 weeks of program date.
- If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 3 weeks prior to the program date. Cancellation made prior to 3 weeks in advance will receive a refund minus the non-refundable 25% deposit.
- No refunds will be issued for any cancellation request made within 3 weeks of the program start date.
