Manager of Youth Programs
The Manager of Youth Programs (MYP) oversees the development and implementation of the Community and Urban Science Enrichment (CAUSE) and Explorers programs, which engage Camden youth in grades 7–12 in multi-year STEM learning focused on marine science, ecology, oceanography, and career development. The MYP works both collaboratively and independently to manage program logistics, develop and implement curriculum, and supervise participants while supporting the Center’s mission and organizational goals.
Assistant Manager of Youth Programs
Under the direction of the Manager of Youth Programs and the Director of Programs, the Assistant Manager of Youth Programs (AMYP) supports the planning and implementation of the CAUSE and Explorers programs, which engage Camden youth in grades 7–12 in multi-year STEM learning, including marine biology, ecology, oceanography, and career development. The AMYP works collaboratively with the Center team to manage program activities and help achieve the organization’s mission and goals.

The Marketing Coordinator executes strategic marketing initiatives through content creation, web updates, social media, email campaigns, event promotion, and performance tracking, ensuring consistent branding and seamless campaign delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Delaware River Watershed Fellowship with the Center for Aquatic Sciences
The 12-week paid Delaware River Watershed Fellowship places a local young adult at the Center for Aquatic Sciences in Camden to support environmental education and community engagement focused on protecting the Delaware River. The Fellow assists with public programs, trainings, and a capstone project throughout the summer.
